Hi, if you are five 5foot 1" you'll be okay to sit on it. I don't have the lenght of the top tube here (i'm at my job right now) i'll let you know how long it is. The bike ws regreased each year. Im a small guy too, i'm 5foot 5 and my weight is 115 pounds. Never dropped on the flat and always tuned it each year. I can ship it to Alberta without any problem 950$ plus shipping and it's yours.
